[ale] Semi Ot: email to sms

This is single user project for now all for my own use. Until IT department
implement something but in the way they are moving would not happen in next
year I think :)

In general I have to grab around 5-6 lines from the mail body (the rest is
junk mostly) and text it to myself. I'm on VZ company phone so I have tried
mail to phonenumber at vtext.com and worked.

Today I've tried DavMail gateway with thunderbird and works so fetchmail
should work as well. Although I got problems with sending emails but didn't
dive deep into it. The only thing that I noticed that the mails are saved
as DRAFT but not sent. Should look later on that.

Is not something that my salary depends on but will be improvement and
something to do.

Thanks everybody for reply and I'll keep update.
