I know this guy from the ALE list who is totally capable of running
wire the way you describe. His name is Michael Potter. ;-)

Seriously bro, do it yourself. You'll learn a lot, have a lot of fun,
and probably get to buy some new toys like a 54 inch Greenlee flex bit
with placement tool and mesh cable tugger.
