[ale] OT: Comcast and digital TV

Some HOAs prohibit simple mast antennas.  A development in Macon that  
I once lived in had a high-quality, well-managed CATV system all its  
own; the guy sold out to Cox.  One of the upper mgt at Cox lived there  
and his wife was on the HOA board.  When Cox took over, presto!  
Antennas of all sorts were prohibited.

I'm glad someone at the FCC or wherever made such restrictions illegal.
