That is not good news. Are they all in the same general area or all
over? 

Some of mine have had intermittent issues on occasion (800 serviced
croaked once, another lost the entire T1 after BS was working next door,
etc) but nothing that has been even close to a service failure that
would cause a "Do Not Recommend" from them or me.
