Go to packman.links2linux.org and follow the mulitmedia and xine-lib
links.  You should be able to select the builds for the suse 9.2 for all
your media needs there. YOu can also get an rpm of kaffeine that's not
dvd challenged.  It will tell you what dependencies you have for each
module and will have links to the page.  It will even point you to a
script that  downloads and installs deccss.
