[ale] missing dependencies

RedHat distros in general have crummy support for KDE. But you can get Rex 
Dieter's kde-redhat version at:

http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/

His RPM's overcome most of the weaknesses in RedHat's support for KDE.
