[ale] Web browser wierdness

Yep, in firefox, I get it too.  http://http also gives
www.microsoft.com, but it seems like it's a feature, not a bug.  The
first result in a google search for http is www.microsoft.com.  Also,
http://sports navigates to http://espn.go.com.  My guess is that mozilla
just ignores the 'http://' part of anything that doesn't look like a
real url (no dots).
