[ale] (OT) Looking for a printer

The Xerox Color Lasers are really impressive print quality and better than the
HP Color Lasers. Inkjets seem cheap up front but the cartridges are so
expensive and a 11x17 version usually puts you in business class inkjets
anyway. HP will usually have the printheads separate from the cartridges and
both are replaceable. Epson has the best inkjet print quality but the heads
are built into the printer so if you let them dry up then you throw the
printer away. I'd evaluate how much printing you do and your budget. Invest
in a business class HP inkjet and the ethernet based Linksys print server for
a lesser budget. Otherwise, go for a networkable Xerox Color Laser.
