The easiest solution is to clean up the crap on the box, then TURN OFF
ACTIVE-X on IE (Set the security to high so if they find it by mistake
it is still unavailable). Then install Mozilla and the browser
extensions for flash. Now remove all IE icons and show them how to use
Mozilla.
