[ale] OT: DSL with no phone number

BellSouth has a phone line available (that they don't advertise) that
they call a limited use line (I think that's what they call it). I have
one that I use for a home office line and for my Earthlink DSL
connection. It's a simple POTS line with no features and no long
distance and I'm limited to 30 "outgoing" calls per month. (extra calls
cost $0.75 each but, you would have to make 90 calls per month to equal
the cost of an unlimited line) My monthly phone bill (with tax, tag and
title) is only $20 per month.
