[ale] OT: DST with no phone number

Actually it was something else (when it came in there was a thing on my
telephone bill about a separate number to call - I guess the phone company
knew that folks would notice and call about it).  I recall this because I
called them on it.  It came at the same time as another charge hit the bill
also.  I just checked on my bills up to a year ago and it (and the other
one) are absent.  I will have to look further in my records for it - of
course I kinda want to let a sleeping dog lay ....
