So now the spammers have to extract the member ID and script up a
duplicate web form and spam the entire list anyway.

There is NO TECHNICAL SOLUTION until the root cause issue is solved with
verification of email servers and sending routes (IPv6 !!!). All other
solutions are social and/or legal.
