Although RFC 1918 source addresses should never appear on inter-networks,
the reality is that they do -- common estimates are usually on the order
of 10% of all Internet traffic has non-routable source addresses of one
sort or another because people configure NAT incorrectly, don't do
egress filtering at all, etc., for example. BS probably just added the
names so they could see leakage by name rather than IP....
