[ale] Quicken replacement?

I've looked (very briefly) at this before, and it should be quite
straightforward -  The banks I've seen actually transmit in QIF format, so
if you can snatch the file you can avoid Quicken entirely.  QIF itself is a
not-entirely-graceful line delimited ASCII file...
