In my experience with Level3, they are trying to respond, but they just
can't find that switch.

But seriously ...

I've sent two messages to Level 3's abuse department, alerting them that
one
of their customers, North Plains LLC, isn't responding to my requests to
take me off their "Daily Ripple" mailing list. No response from Level
3's
abuse department just yet. Should I even bother attempting to write a
"snail
mail" message to their COO complaining about the inaction of one of the
departments he has responsibility over? Or is there a separate list that
might show Level 3 as a "non-cooperatior" in the fight against spam?

Or maybe I should just take a storage hit and install Spaminator ...
