I don't know about BellSouth, but I had very good success with the PSC 
when I contacted them regarding a problem with Georgia Natural Gas.  I 
had been on the phone with GA Gas a number of times, no resolution.  I 
contacted the PSC by phone, voiced my complaint and GA. Gas called me 
the next day with the resolution I had been trying to get all week.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
