Hi Sean,

Personally, if I owned a Win2K license, I would not have a problem ethically
with running a copy of Win9x with it.  Not both, just Win9x.  If I was ever
dragged in front of a jury on the issue, I would simply say that I didn't
see why a license for Win2K wouldn't be good to run a copy of Win9x - I
wasn't running both, just the older version.

Yes, maybe strictly legally speaking it is not a valid argument, and maybe
the BSA wouldn't accept it, but ethically, I see no problem with it.
