That almost sounds like good news. Maybe those spamming
idiots will slow down somewhat after getting burned enough
times. At least some of them are now paying something for their
free ride. And paying a lot for something that yeilds little has a
certain ring of justice to it. "No honor amongst theives" comes
to mind. ;-)
