While this is certainly good news for Mr. Sklyarov, the damage is done. He's
spent days in jail. The message is clear. Under the DMCA, the little guy gets
locked in a cage...

Before, the big corporations could strongarm little guys with threats of
litigation. When they realized that not everyone would back down from these
threats, they sent their lobbyists to Washington. Now, they can have you thrown
in jail.
