you mount it as ISO9660 fs?  There should be a boot catalog and boot 
image

You
may be 
able to follow the procedure to pull the boot image out through 
dd.

  images.  I can't seem to find the image on the Joilet FS.  Is it 
  possible to us dd to pull the image from the CD?  Has anyone done
