[ale] DLink 530TX+ again

Here's some tricks I use to get modules to load properly from
/etc/modules.conf on bootup:

alias eth0 ne 
options ne io=0x300 irq=5
alias eth2 3c59x io=0xb000
alias eth1 3c59x io=0xb800

Note the 2 3Com cards with different base addresses. The ne card is on 2
lines but could be on just 1:
	alias eth0 ne io=0x300 irq=5
