Mmm, tough one.  I love bashing Microshaft and especially M$ Windows in
general.  However, I think it's find to post messages like "best viewed by:"
BUT, the sheer fact that the image says "GET microsoft IE" does sound like
an ad.  If their sole use of the image is to indicate IE extension in their
content, then the "best viewed" terminology is more prudent.  But that's
about the extent of it:  Terminology.  Oh well.  Governments will be
governements. heh
