Reboot with the RH install disks and go into expert mode.  From there
you can go to the shell (alt -f2, or something like that).  You can fix
lilo or your kernel.

Or if you have a slackware dist. You can boot with the root/boot set and
mount your root partition and modify lilo/kernel.
