[ale] Termcap entry

Oopps...!! Sorry I meant slackware 3.1 and Kernel 2.0.0 !! [BLUSH]

This is what I get when I try to start elm

You need a cursor-addressable terminal to run "elm" and I can't find any
kind of termcap entry for "dec-vt100" - check your "TERM" setting...
