[ale] OT: cheap notebook

I have/had  2 similar devices based on same chipset/cpu. Both with broken
screens now. Doesn't like too much pressure on screen. YouTube works fine
because has video decoder in the graphics card. But heavy JS site would
kill the performance. But for $80 with LTE support ...I'll give it a try.
