Only one I know is stuck on DSL - so 3Mbps/384Kbps.  Had them with ISDN
networking many moons ago.

None of the big guys, that I can get here - well, except Biz stuff.  The
price is the price (and it is 30% higher for less bandwidth).  Had about
2 hrs of outages this week, so far.  Need to call and complain tomorrow
- usually good for $30-$50 off the next bill.
