[ale] Ansible

Don't worry about Tower. They are working on open sourcing it, but it is
totally unnecessary to actually use Ansible. A central git server will
suffice.

Installing Ansible is as easy as:

+ `yum install ansible`
+ `apt-get install ansible`
+ `port install ansible`
+ etc
