I've got a BLU phone running Android.
I use it as a hot-spot when I travel internationally..  get a foreign sim and away I go.

I was under the impression that all BLU phones run Windows. I know I have seen some that do, but haven't examined the brand thoroughly to verify my assumption based on thus far limited observations.
