[ale] somewhat OT - FreedomPop doesn't really offer Voice?

The really really fine print, or at least forum traffic, suggests that
FreedomPOP really doesn't offer a voice capability at all. Rather,
they offer data, and a VOIP app which runs on a smartphone to pretend
it's offering voice.

So, on a fixed platform like a cheap smartwatch, it will provide
bupkis.
