andahammer.com no longer carries the Nano Pi series of boards.  Once the on hand stock is out none of them will be available.  Quoting from their page on the M3 "Please order NanoPi M3 Boards direct from FriendlyARM. China Post is a very affordable shipping option and does not take very long.”
