[ale] HR block on wine (make WINE behave like Windows 7)

I will try for sure.   I read about Taxcut 2011 but not this.

These folks stopped making this run on XP.  I have an XP VM but I dont have
Win7 VM.

Hence I am trying to buy Win7 DVD for dirt cheap.
