[ale] Help with kickstart

Oftentimes, I’ll pass the entire node info for the boot to the kickstart and then let the ks.cfg do whatever it’s configured for after-the-fact.

IIRC, it looked something like so:

linux ks=http://<ks_server>/location/ks.cfg ksdevice=eth0 ip=<IP> netmask=<NETMASK> gateway=<GATEWAY> dns=<DNS_SERVER>
