Only if you have a tall, pointy spike on the top of the hat and use it
sitting with your feet in a salt water bath in a galvanized bucket on
wet dirt outside during a thunderstorm. The spike dissipates the
negative energies reflected away from your head by the tin foil
covering. The salt water foot bath relaxes the sphincter muscles
allowing the best flow of bad karma.
