I don't think T-Mobile will work because the watch is G2, you can try. If
my son doens't break after a couple more months, I will give him my Samsung
Gear S, I just upgrade to the S3.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want to
package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE Studio
a try.
