[ale] Xen Server adding a virtual disk to a VM

Isn't 2.23.7 a later version than 2.3.x?  :-)

CentOS7 was released in 2014 and it currently has util-linux-2.23.2 which
provides fdisk.

Parted is cooler and has more capability.
