[ale] Odd firefox/javascript/wifi issue

[Pete Hardie]

No joy.  Even trying to access the js file directly after flushing didn't
help.
Access from my wired desktop worked, leading me to suspect something in the
wifi.
Additionally,  chrome and Vivaldi both fail the same way
