Yes, home directories, /var/www if using it, /etc and others depending 
on the apps running.  I figure anything that comes from apt or yum I can 
get back quickly.  Anything that comes with the OS, I can reinstall 
quickly.  I use rdiff-backup so saving etc which rarely changes is no 
burden.
