[ale] Bonehead crontab mistake

Correct.  Saw Derek's answer too.

And the fix was to pick any minute for the task to run.

#m h  dom mon dow   command
7 */2  *  *  * /usr/bin/php -f /var/www/html/nextcloud/cron.php

Been doing this 25+ yrs and still made this mistake. Now I can redirect stdout
to /dev/null, so only exceptions cause an email. ;)
