[ale] upgrading to ubuntu yakkety

Yet another alternate dist-upgrade model (YAADUM)
make a copy of your current /etc/apt/sources.list and replace all the
xenials to yakketys.
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude full-upgrade
done
