[ale] OT: Google Fiber has arrived in Atlanta

It is, or soon will be.  They dug in my neighborhood several months ago
laying conduit.  However I'd sill rather wait and go with google vs AT&T.

I currently have Comcast Biz Class, and I think I have another 18 months
on my "contract".  The AT&T equivalent is MUCH more expensive (or not even
available -- hard to say for sure -- they don't really advertize
prices/speeds/etc).  At least with Google I know that I can get biz-class
for about the same price I'm paying now and get about 5x the download and
25x the upload bandwidth.  The only thing I have not been able to find is
how much they will charge for static IPs.
