[ale] Xfinity Modem -- lease or buy recoomendations

Yes. Definitely order it from somewhere like Amazon or NewEgg. Last time I
cancelled Comcast they tried to insist I return their modem unless I could
prove I owned our with a receipt. Order it online and you have a permanent
paper trail.
