[ale] domain name registrars

I use godaddy because they were the only cheap people when I started.  I up
10yrs at a time, so the hassle of dealing with them for 10 min, once every
decade hasn't been enough to get me to migrate domains.

I'd never use them again, for anything. They are just my registrar - NOT DNS -
NOT hosting.  Those are at 3 different places and I've never had an issue that
couldn't be traced back to oppressive government blocking - usually by DNS, not
by IP.
