[ale] RHEL kickstarting and Puppet?

The information is a bit underwhelming. It basically outlines everything a
Sat5 admin should already know, tacks on a barebones kickstart snippet, and
gives some shallow information about Puppet (e.g. it says "don't define
nodes in manifests" but doesn't tell you what to do instead).
