No, your account has nothing to do with the domain names.  You don't 
create domains there, you just link domain names to IP addresses. All 
that is necessary is that you have a domain name from a registrar, like 
Godaddy (not a recommendation!) or NameCheap and an IP address of the 
system.  I think you can use HE as a registrar but I don't.
