Hand carry it.  Much more fun that way provided it is under $10,000 ... leaving
the USA.  On the other side, there may be other, very important, restrictions.
Plus hopefully the DEA doesn't "confiscate" the cash because it might commit a
crime. Forfeiture laws suck.

Bank wire transfers. There is a fee and the other person will need a bank
