[ale] CD -> MP3

cdparanoia -> wav -> mp3 here.  I have some shell scripts which can help.
I've also sucessfully recorded mp3 audio off my record player and used sox
to cut it into songs based on the inter-cut silences. Sometimes that
approach requires editing in audacity though.
