[ale] Have a hardware question on no POST

No "failed to post" beeps?

If so, then the cpu is never being touched.

so you have a new PS, mobo, RAM and cpu?

Start by reseating the CPU and RAM. Then remove all the ram and listen for
beeps. If no beeps, remove the cpu and listen for beeps. If no beeps, get
the board replaced and or get the PS tested.

Check the monitor on a different machine. The "pop" could have been the
backlight.
