The monthly ALE-NW at SPSU meeting is being held THIS Thursday Oct 9th, 2014
at 7:30pm in room J-266 of the Atrium (J) building on the SPSU campus. This is
an open meeting. Everyone is invited, students, non-students, old and young.

Presenter: Gary Miller

Gary is a consulting security engineer at Fishnet Security.
Trained by the US Military in IDS/IPS and networking.
Worked as a network and Systems Admin, then migrate to software development for
the TVA dealing with electrical utility systems.

ALE-NW meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at the SPSU campus.
Please mark this on your calendar as a reoccurring meeting.

The topic for November will be on server virtualization at the requested of the
students (again).

The topic for December will be GPG security with a key signing. Looking for a
keymaster volunteer and a speaker for practical use of GPG keys.

The group usually adjourns to the Marietta Diner after the meeting.

Free parking after 7pm in non-reserved spaces in the P60 deck is best. If you
park before that time, you may get a ticket, boot, or towed.
Building J, the Atrium building, is a short distance east of the parking deck.
