[ale] One NIC, two IP addresses on different VLANs?

Well, you need to talk your network admin. Good luck, most of the admin I
have talked to were difficult to deal with...

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want to
package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE Studio
a try.
