[ale] adobe reader install

Unfortunately Georgia no longer provides ANY state tax forms to libraries.

You either have an up-to-date Adobe (proprietary) PDF reader or you can 
not deal with the Georgia tax forms available on the internet.  The only 
alternative is to go over to the tax office off Clairmont Rd. (near exit 91 
on I-85) and stand in line for 20 minutes to get a set.
